This equipment came from my Fitness Studio in East Hampton which closed in March 2007. Bodytech purchased some of it for their place in the Montauk Playhouse. Jeff Thayer Personal Fitness, Main St. , Southampton also purchased some equipment. Some was sold to individuals and the rest I kept at my friends house in Southampton.
These larger pieces need higher ceilings than any of us own (96 inches). They are the top of the line, Magnum Fitness adjustable Cable Crossover and Power Cage. The Cable has the heavy weight stacks. You will get a fair price on these items. The equipment has light use, not commercial gym use. Most of my clients were women in their late 40's and early 50's. I also had a few teenagers who did not use the heavy weight equipment, and a few men late 50's to 72. No heavy lifting was done, except by myself. I would consider the use as "homeowner" level.

This is the first manufacturer to make the adjustable pulleys and still the only one with 2 pulleys. Two pullies half the stack, One pulley the entire stack weight. Two 204lb. weight stacks. 153 in. long, 96 in. high, 45 in. depth if lat pulldown (below) is mounted at right angle.
